Course Evaluations
Dear friends,
We have decided to prepare evaluations for each and every one of the must courses that has been opened for us by our department (except PHYS400). The reason for this is we believe there have been urgent problems we have faced this semester that need urgent solutions. Therefore, we decided to find these solutions by surveying you about the must courses you took. So we can understand what can be implemented best in an online semester, and what cannot.
Our aims are to:
+Make a report out of the results of these evaluations.
+Understand the methods that work for the students (and the instructors) best in an online semester.
+Rectify some of the injustices that might have occured in some of the lectures’ gradings.
+Share it with the department in a meeting
We invite you to participate in the evaluations of the lectures you enrolled at (2020-1) semester. Thereore you can be a part of the solution. Each evaluation should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. We would like you to explain the good and bad aspects of each course you took. Explaining good aspects is also important. We will try to give solutions to the department. Hence we may implement such methods to other courses. Please be as unbiased as possible while completing the evaluations. Do note that the evaluations do not require an identification. Please feel free to express your opinions. You can also answer the questions in Turkish.
